Project Filter offers free and anonymous help to quit smoking and chewing tobacco. Our services include free advice from a trained quit coach as well as free nicotine patches, gum or lozenges to all qualified Idaho residents.
Quitting tobacco use isn’t easy. Get the tools and support you need to be successful by attending FREE tobacco cessation classes supported by the Idaho Tobacco Millennium Funds. Classes are offered at multiple locations in Ada County, and in Valley and Elmore counties.
Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) is used to help fight opioid addiction. MAT is available through qualified prescribers.
Currently, crisis centers are located in multiple towns throughout Idaho. These crisis centers provide emergency substance use disorder and mental health services for adults 18 and older. Care is available for up to 24 hours.
