Counseling and guidance is provided for people with disabilities to fulfill employment goals and achieve independence. Eligibility is determined for anyone who has a physical or mental disability, which makes it challenging to get or continue employment.

Successful Transition and Retention Track (START), located at Idaho State University, provides social and academic support for participants as they manage barriers while they are pursuing academic, career, and life goals.
Center for New Directions (CND), located at Idaho State University, assists men and women in transition to overcome personal and economic barriers to education and employment, to access training programs and job opportunities, and to become personally and economically self-sufficient.
The Idaho Commission for the Blind and Visually Impaired (ICBVI) is a state agency assisting blind and visually impaired persons to achieve independence by providing education, developing work skills, increasing self-confidence and helping them remain employed or prepare for employment.
Genesis is a free medical, dental, and mental health clinic to those who are uninsured and low-income. We also offer Community Health Workers to connect individuals with social health resources such as food, education, and employment.
Adult Education helps adults improve skills in reading, writing, math, and the English language. Services are free, and cover basic literacy through college readiness.
Education benefits may be used for undergraduate or graduate degrees, vocational certifications, on-the-job training, and high school diploma programs. Approvals may extend to educational programs for flight training, college correspondence, and professional license and certification.
LIFE Skills services are available for children, adolescents, and adults. The service is designed to teach socialization, integration and daily living skills considered necessary for a successful, fulfilling life.
Community Employment Services personnel work one-on-one with the job seeker to explore careers, then match the candidate's skills, abilities, and interests with the needs of area businesses.
The School of Human Resource Solutions provides classroom training that concentrates on a variety of computer and office skills valued by area employers.
